Wreck This Journal: An Ongoing Project
So one night, Brandice and I were talking about journaling. She mentioned this really cool journal she had been wanting to buy. As soon as I read the description, I was in. We immediately ordered the journal from Amazon, and our project began.
The journal is a series of blank pages, each with a whimsical command. There’s a group on Flickr and I’ll be updating my own Flickr set. Brandice is also updating her own set.
The Instructions for the journal are as follows:
1. Carry this with your everywhere
2. Follow the instructions on every page
3. Order is not important
4. Instructions are open to interpretation
5. Experiment (work against your better judgement)
Listening to instruction #3, we began our journey by my picking 5 random pages. The first of which is page 15: Color This Entire Page. I continued following directions by bringing the journal with me to a bar. Coloring with a felt tip pen in annoying.
